ALIFENYC.COM Registration.
Personal information is gathered by ALIFE direct during the order/ check
out process. During the check out process, your name, address, e-mail
address, telephone number, fax number and credit card information are
collected. Your account user name and password are collected at this time
as well. Please note that your user name is your email address and you
may create your own unique password.
If you forget your password you can request to have your password emailed
to your email address. For security reasons, ALIFENYC.COM does not store
sensitive credit card information on our servers.
To view your account history, click My Account at any time to view your
ALIFENYC.COM order history.
In order to view the information in the My Account section of the
site you must first log in using your username and password. Remember
your user name is your email address.
Updating Personal Information
Log on to ALIFENYC.COM and click My Account to update your
personal information online. If you have lost or do not remember your
password, then please send an email from the email account/address you
used to register. We will only send password information to the email
address listed under the account/address. Password information cannot be
given out over the phone.

Exchanges and Returns.
If you are not satisfied with your ALIFENYC.COM purchase, then return it
to us within 15 days from the date you receive the shipment. Please
include original tags (still attached) and the original receipt. We will
exchange the item or issue a site credit for the original purchase price.
Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Items must be unused and
unwashed in original packaging to receive full credit. Please note that we cannot refund any
shipping or handling charges and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

USA Sales Tax.
Sales tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of
New York. The applicable tax rate is 4.375%. Sales tax is not charged to
orders shipped to states outside of New York.
USA Shipping and Handling.
ALIFENYC.COM ships to all 50 United States via Fed Ex. The 48 contiguous
states are shipped via Fed Ex Ground. Customers in
Shipping and handling fees are calculated on a per item basis and
determined by item weight. Please note that Fed Ex does not deliver to APO
addresses or PO boxes. All APO addresses and PO boxes will be shipped via
USPS Priority Mail for the same shipping charges.
Orders are processed within 2 weeks of the order date (Monday through
Friday 9am-5pm, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization
and verification. Orders shipped via Fed Ex Ground should arrive in 7-14 days
from the order date.
